I have done the points system as well. I am 245 pounds myself and ready to embark on a weight loss journey again. My mini goal is to lose 25 lbs by June 8, 2009, my 25th wedding anniversary. I was wondering if the journal is for the day and if it is, I hope you are not undernourishing your self. Make sure you have enough protein and also that you get enough fats.
Without fats, you won't be able to properly digest other vitamins in your food.
