Hi Rachel!

I just found your blog and wanted to give my support to you.

I joined WW a year ago and lost weight. I'm now back to doing it on my own instead of having to attend meetings which never seemed to fit into my hectic life.

You need to make sure you eat all of your points. Also write the points on all the boxes/cans of food around your house...that way it's easier to keep track and be accountable for all points eaten.
