Hi Rachel, I was just checking on to see how your day went. I have not started my e-tools yet, but am tracking my points on a small weekly journal. For lunch I tried the Subway Turkey sub with lots of veggies.(5 points)I really liked it. During the week for lunch I may run there to get one. It was about 10 here in Upstate, NY. I am wishing you a wonderful Sunday!

I used to eat from Subway a lot, too. I think I got turkey on wheat with honey mustard, and lots and lots of veggies.

In some ways, it was easier when I was at work because I could get something like Subway.. at home with the kids, it's sometimes a struggle to find something quick but healthy.
