I found a really good soup that is only 1 point for the entire 18 oz. can. It is keeping me honest! It is Campbell's Select Harvest Light Southerwestern-Style Vegetable Soup. 50 cal per serving, 3g fiber and 0 fat.

My local Walmart has it for $1.25 a can.

Lately when I prepare food I'm tempted to "sample" the food and when I'm cleaning up, too. See that's why all those celebrities can lose weight so fast, they have people that do the dishes for them and put the food away. :} So what's an ordinary person do? I don't know why I'm fixated on this. Anyone else?

To Kathy D. and anyone else wondering. I also have the problem of tasting the food while I prepare or clean up. This is what works for me.... I chew sugar free gum. Almost all the time, unless it is meal time, I chew gum. I break each piece in half so a pack will last longer. It definitely keeps me from snacking (which I often don't keep track of). With gum in my mouth I don't absentmindedly put food in it.

That is a good idea from Marie, I was thinking also to keep some veggies handy ready to grab in case I get the urge. The gum idea is good. Off the subject, I'm hooked on making those smoothies for breakfast. Just simple bananas, frozen strawberries and non-fat milk. We all look forward to them in the morning, my daughter loves them and they are very healthy. I also love that Special K with strawberries, too.
