So I've found a yummy snack/small meal. I get a whole wheat pita, put bottled pizza sauce on it (Ragu is best) and then put 3 tbls of mozz. cheese on it. Melt it in the microwave. It's only like 4-5 points, depending on type of pita and cheese. It's a good little pizza. And it has grains, veggies, and dairy.

Way to go on that pita pizza idea Marie, and I just LOVE cheese especially that Feta on the salad like Rachael's. I have been using and hooked on that Rasberry, walnut (lite) dressing from Wish Bone. I slice apples, Gargonzola cheese and sprinkle a little Garbonzo beans in there and put them in pre-made measured out tupperware dishes for my lunches at work. Take and go. Make my co-workers mouths water. :)

That pizza meal sounds great. You could have two for a dinner, and it'd be quick and easy. I'd probably toast mine, I like my 'pizza crust' on the crunchy side.
