Hi rachel - I noticed 1 cup of peas is 1 point. I am new to the idea of weight watchers - I thought veggies were 0 points?

Some veggies like peas, carrots, and corn are higher and sugar and therefore count as a point. If I have any of those in a serving of mixed veggies, I don't bother counting them, but if I have a cup of just peas, then yeah, I count it as a point.
