hello Rachel- I am begginning my diet in the morning for the 100th time. My weight today is 210 ils and i am 5 2. I am following about the same points as you are in the beggining, i hope to be able to keep in touch!

I have a great recipe for a cake from a friend that went to weight watchers. It is moist and very good! Easy too. Only 1 point per slice
Devils food cake mix (any brand) it has the lowest fat content.
1 med can of plan pumpkin (not the pie mix)
1/2 cup of water
NOTHING ELSE -NO EGGS OR OIL ETC.
Mix all together (just stir no mixer) - will be thick.
Put in a bundt pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes. I have thought of putting it in a 13 x 9 pan and just cooking it less time - but haven't tried that yet. I sometimes cut it up and freeze some of the slices for a quick sweet fix.

I've just started counting calories/points this week. And doing the Eliptical as well. So far no pounds but I feel so good knowing I am walking off some of the calories I'm putting in! The cake recipe will be tried this weekend - that is awesome.
