Hey Rachel, first off I'd like to thank you for your WW Food List site. Without it I don't think I would have been able to go ahead with Weight Watchers. I've now lost 41lbs so far (ok, so I gained back 5lbs over the winter so technically I've lost 36lbs, hehe). Anyways thanks so much for sharing it with the rest of us. We use it, we need it & we love it!

I love that you've decided to share your weight loss journey with us. I was always curious of the woman behind the site so it's cool to finally get to know you!

Good luck to you. I noticed on your log that grapefruit is worth 2 pts. Wow, who'd a thunk it? When I think grapefruit, I am thinking 0 pts, definitely. But anyway, good luck to you. I've just joined WW and am trying to lose about 25 lb. Thanks for your list of foods and their pts value.
