I just found your Blog and I'm wondering if this post is the total amount of food you ate all day? I was also noticing not a lot of fruit on your menu. I have found that fruit really helps me with sugar cravings and has helped me eliminate foods like chocolate chip cookies. They really turned out to be a trigger food for me and I admire that you can eat only 3 and then stop.

I HATE NOT HAVING A CAR! My husband and I have to share a car temporarily for a few months until we can afford another one. It works out and I walk more, but it's still a bummer. I just read you lost 14 lbs to date! WOW!! That is awesome, do you feel any different? I lost 9 lbs in 2 months but now I'm starting to level off for these 2 weeks now. I'm trying to pick up more cardio, I cheated on points last weekend, too. I ate that sugar-free chocolate pudding to get my chocolate fix. But I had 4 instead of just one. And extra helping of rice. Oh well, I just really needed it. I still swear by those puddings, though. I'm a daily follower of your blogs and inspiration, keep it up, you help pull me through! What do you do when NOTHING satisfies you, as far as food??

Honestly, Kathy.. when nothing satisfies me, and I can't get my mind off it, I just go for it. The way I look at it is.. I'm in this for the long haul. If I try to deny myself *every* *single* time I crave myself, I'll never stick with it. I figure if I eat well 6 days out of 7, and on the 7th splurge a bit (whether it's on a dessert or a heavier meal), I'm still doing pretty damn good.
