Some ladies and I at work wonder if one of those "fully ripened" bananas are more points because of the fermentation there is more sugar. I know that a regular banana has 2 points. Any ideas?

Being an old unsuccessful Weighlesser, we were told to avoid green bananas - oh! and low gi and lo carbers - and eat them once the skin has coloured?
