Congradulations! You are on your way. I feel any loss counts. I am 31 and I broke down at 307lbs. I started Weight Watchers for a couple weeks (long enough to buy the books) then decided I needed exercise more than talking about food. I then joined Curves. It was hard to get going, losing only a pound or two here and there. Now I have lost 45lbs to date. Stick with it. I have now started my 9yr old daughter that weighed 177lbs on the diet with me and she goes to curves. She has lost 3lbs in only a week. I had to make it fun for her so we developed a game, she gets her points in play money and she buys her food from me.

Very good job, Rachel-it seems that your food list is getting better. I'll tell you-you have courage to blog, because you are scrutinized every day by strangers or maybe we are not strangers, but people in the same boat.
By the way, I'm 59/5'0"/196lb. I have lost 13lb in 5 wks.
Andrea deserves a lot of koodos too for getting her DD involved in healthy living.
